As the subject of this topic suggests, I'm Alice and my words of this wonderland has lost most, if not all of its credibility due to its extremely alien nature.

However, I do not reprehend their doubts with any further explanations or objections, as to why, is because I actually understand them, I was one of them, a cog in a wheel of a larger machine.

Also, I do not have it in me to force people, to push them into things, I may strongly advise or intrigue someone into something, but never with medicines. People make their own paths and I won't manipulate them into any dark alleys they might not have entered on their own will. Instead, I tell them what I know, truly know by experience and not belief.

Yet still I feel alone, I have a lot of very good friends, a kind and lovely family, a warm and beautiful girlfriend and a brilliant dog, yet I feel as if my coin is spherical without any twin side, I always end up with me which frustrates me to no end.

I want people to experience the things I've experienced, I want them to believe me and to truly know what I'm talking about, what’s really hiding under your bed, in your closet, peeking through the veil and looking back at you from the abyss.

I feel as if I'm the lunatic character in the horror movie that’s actually seeing these unimaginable things and beings but is being seen upon as nothing but a rambling madman, not to be trusted.

Are people simply to afraid and sheltered to see for themselves what's being offered?
People seem to be too afraid to live out life, only to die regretting their cowering.

A couple of times people have asked me if I'm not afraid of losing my sanity or furthermore end up mentally unstable somehow, permanently injure myself in some way, the answer is just: No, I am not, If I could permanently lose my mind in these "induced" places I'd gladly do so.

Where I travel there's neither war nor hunger or injustice...
There is merely the love for peace in solitude

As an infant, I lived in wonderland,
As an adolescent, I fell out of wonderland,
As an adult, I found my way back to wonderland,
As of now, I'm lost in these wondrous lands
Mad, bad and dangerous to know.

There's magic out there!

I know how you feel, Alice. Smile I also get frustrated when people don't seem interested, or don't believe in the wonderlands that can be explored in this lifetime, even though I know every part of their soul craves the types of experiences that I have been blessed enough to be a part of.

I know my words can never do justice to the miracles available, so to many it just sounds like exaggerated fantasies. But I mainly see this as something that I need to work on. I believe that people today have a deep need of shamanic/mystical experiences, even though they may not consciously be intrigued by the opportunity or even see any real value in it. So those of us who have been touched deeply by our experiences, and want to share all of the magic with everybody else...well, we have to get better...at everything.

We have to take all the beautiful things we've learned and apply them to our lives, so that people can see the fruits of explorations. Most people need more than fanciful stories to entice them into wonderland, so we need some tangible proof of our claims. We need healing and psychic powers, or we need to start flying, or we at least need to be creative, wise, happy, magnetic people who can help guide others into their own heavenly realms. I haven't really come across a true "spiritual master" in my lifetime, but I think there are thousands of candidates who could step into those types of roles with enough years of work at it.

A lot of the greatest musicians and artists throughout history have been frustrated because people don't fully appreciate the art. Appreciation is relative to the individual level of Awareness that each observer possesses IMHO

Beautiful post Eviscerate, I'm sure many here can relate.

Shamasi summed up my conclusions pretty nicely.

There are a number of obstacles holding people back from understanding you. I can tell you first-hand that even after researching DMT day and night, I still had no idea what I was in for. To be honest, I didn't know what I was in for until I had my first true breakthrough. I'd heard the words, but I think we all know you can't picture hyperspace until you've been there. So the first obstacle is that the general public really doesn't have the tools necessary to help them relate to the experience.

The second obstacle is that the general public is 'generally' misinformed about the nature of drugs/psychedelics/hallucinations and the long-term effects of such experiences. As you mentioned some fear they change (lose their mind...) in some fashion, which is an honest fear as people need to rely on stability. However, the extent to which people seem to think this is possible is overstated in my opinion.

A third obstacle is that people like life to make sense. If someone is planning the next trip to the grocery store and you come in telling them about how you can experience the universe through an array of fractals and aliens by smoking some crystals, it probably won't be a long conversation.

Finally (for my list), as Shamasi said, you need to prove that what you are saying isn't meaningless banter from a madman. Hell, I hear myself talking about some of this stuff and am nearly ready to accuse myself of lying. Show how REAL this stuff is by showing them something that it REALLY affected in your life. Some say they turned from a life of petty crime to being a good neighbor to all, but HOW? But still, even with that change not all of the general public can relate. Show them how experiencing that world gave you the willpower and tools necessary to overcome this world.
The inner soul is full of joy. Reveal my secrets and sew me whole. With each day, "I" heeds your call.
You may not care the slightest and may not be the brightest, but from here "I" sees you're mighty for you created it all.

And the jumbling sea rose above the wall.

Through this chaos comes the order you enthrall.
