In Istanbul, People wrote their blood types on their arms. I hear in Egypt, They just write Their names.

Sounds like he had a tek + lab equipment. They cite a facemask. IIRC (in the US at least) any 2 of the 3
-'tek'
-lab gear (glassware, etc)
-materials (chemicals, etc)
is sometimes sufficient for a conviction, and that's not even counting the fact that he had meth and large amounts of cash and was already under investigation; probably for selling.

I don't see it as a concern to responsible users.

Oh, I'm not saying he wasn't doing compromising things well beyond the tek. I just think it's worth noting that they feel comfortable with charging him for illegal possession of literature.

good point. i bet you if he had some orange oil, lime, and vinegar he wouldnt need a filter mask, so his case would be considerably less ominous.

When you prosecute a person you have to collect as much evidence as possible to make the strongest case possible. I think the DMT tek is clearly circumstantial evidence here.

A DMT tek alone is unlikely to convict a person, but in this case it adds up with the chemicals, lab gear, large amount of cash, coin bags and the drugs they found.

The DMT tek is actually very much alike the coin bags. Coin bags itself will not get you convicted for distributing a schedule I substance. However, when they find "a count of criminal possession of dangerous drugs" it is clear that it will help to make the case.

Kind regards,
