The idea here is to use somthing like acetone, or ipa, maybe even mek.
saturate the solvent with alkaloids by extracting full spectrum from powder using soaks
the next is to filter and decant to ensure a pure solution
then saturate the solvent with an acid that dissolves BUT the mescaline salt is insoluable
to aid this process freeze precipitation may be used as would using a warm solvent to extract
does anyone know of the necessary salts and solvents to use?

what are your thoughts on fasipa from limo benzyme?
the equipment used will be kitchen/house hold grade without any chance of ordering necessary glass pipettes that xylene would require (if not of course a sep funnel)
i have jars, jugs (hdpe 2), glass turkey baster, plastic pippetes, limo, fumaric, ipa, mgo4, acetone.

xylene is no longer in question of being used, it is totally unappealing odor/safety wise
the idea is not to salt with water, its to precipitate with fasipa or fasa. information on fasipa or fasa is desired. please post if you have had success with either, in limo/xylene
thank you

I havent tried FASI/FASA with mescaline, only with DMT, but as I linked you earlier, other people have and it seems to work just fine. The principle is the same. What is it that you're wondering about, specifically?

Not sure what you mean. I usually work with A/B if thats what you mean.

your a/b. would you mind explaining how you perform yours. i like gathering information from reputable sources, seeing as you are one, i would greatly appreciate gleaning some insight tek wise.
a few subjects about the process that i would like to get your perspective on are: -acid cooks (time?x#, type of acid/concentration, amount of water to mhrb) vs -acid soak (blab style) -filter/decanting -amount of nps used per pull (comparitively to mhrb solution) -filter/decanting -cold vs hot saltings
thank you

Well we're going quite offtopic here specially because this is a cacti thread and youre asking me about mimosa but... I dont usually measure or time anything, I do an A/B, 3 main boils (or 4 with the last one being with small amount of water and longer soak before boiling, to make sure I "got it all" , usually first boil is quicker than the last. So if it's powdered mimosa, maybe first boil is half an hour, second an hour, third two hours. In each boil I throw some vinegar, no idea amounts but just splash a bit. After the third boil I filter everything through funnel and cotton plug and reduce to manageable amount. FASI is done at room temperature. Instead of relying on my method, do your own, do side-by-side tests comparing different variables you are curious about, and let us know the results. This way you'll know for a fact whats better, and we can also learn from your experiments

im glad you have shared. the more i hear about individual approaches the more i fine tune my own technique. i do the same process with the acid cooks btw. yea it is quite off topic thanks anyway
