Having recently had a very successful first extraction with q21q21 tek, I decided to smoke some DMT. I have had 3 prior experiences with ayahuasca, and 1 prior experienced with smoked DMT. But all 4 experiences share this commonality:

At the peak of the experiences, my mind begins to race. It races through every single thought and memory I have ever had, and looks at these memories from every concievable angle possible, all within a very short time span. This is mentally exhausting for me. I am always left feeling as though my mind just did a 50 mile triathalon Confused I like the experiences, and they have taught me many lessons both mentally, physically, and emotionally. But when this happens to me, I cannot focus or concentrate on anything else other than these memories. It feels as though my consciousness is subjectively filing through every thought I have ever had.

Does anyone else experience this? If so how do you handle it? How should I handle it?

P.S. The memories are neither good nor bad memories, they just are.

Distorted is our perception of reality, because reality is much more distorted than we could ever perceive it to be.

It could be just the nature of the experience. I think it will change with time. At least for me the themes and even the whole nature of the experience changes with time.

I had this for a while, but as tele said, it went away and my experiences changed.

I don't know how to handle it, I'm not sure how you handle any DMT experience, just lie down and hold on tight.

it's all in your mind, but what's your mind???

The first few times wayy back when I first had smoked dmt. But YES..as the others have said, it has drastically changed over time.

All those thoughts that used to come about now unify into one thought..." WOW..BEAUTIFUL"

It will change

Thanks for the replies friends. I guess it takes times to adjust to hyperspace.
