Having recently had a very successful first extraction with q21q21 tek, I decided to smoke some DMT. I have had 3 prior experiences with ayahuasca, and 1 prior experienced with smoked DMT. But all 4 experiences share this commonality:
At the peak of the experiences, my mind begins to race. It races through every single thought and memory I have ever had, and looks at these memories from every concievable angle possible, all within a very short time span. This is mentally exhausting for me. I am always left feeling as though my mind just did a 50 mile triathalon

I like the experiences, and they have taught me many lessons both mentally, physically, and emotionally. But when this happens to me, I cannot focus or concentrate on anything else other than these memories. It feels as though my consciousness is subjectively filing through every thought I have ever had.
Does anyone else experience this? If so how do you handle it? How should I handle it?
P.S. The memories are neither good nor bad memories, they just are.
Let the plants guide you, for they teach lessons beyond what we humans can offer.
Distorted is our perception of reality, because reality is much more distorted than we could ever perceive it to be.
