Well I tried 2 small scale extractions. An a/b and lazyman tek both unsucessful idk if I did it wrong out smoked it wrong so can someone post instructions got a super simple crude extract. Also if I want to try oral all I have is a weak passionflower tincture its 1ml/500 mg herb. What would be a sublingual dose to activate oral dmt. Also could I smoke it to activate oral dmt b because it's much more active smoked.

What do you mean unsuccessful? Please include more information, such as exactly what you did, where was the mimosa from, was it powdered or shredded, which chemicals used, how much of each used (mimosa, water, base, solvent per pull, number of pulls), evap or freeze, what was final result.

No you cant smoke a MAOI to ingest DMT orally because it wont inhibit MAOs in your gut.

As for passiflora dosage, highly depends, some passifloras will be useless, others will have MAOIs, but they are different MAOIs than caapi or rue.
