Hello out there.

Finally i made up myself and registered on the Nexus. I've known the side for quite a while and already gained lots of usefull informations on it, now i decided to join one of the most interesting communitys i can think of. Im doing studys in psychology, and therefore DMT has catched my attention as one of the most powerfull tools in exploring, understanding and examining consciousness. Having only a mini-mushroom experience before, my first journey through the gates of awareness has been one of the most profound experiences in my life. Since that time, i had several encounters with DMT in order to get familiar with the states of consciousness it produces. My opinion is that we can gain many usefull information about consciousness itself, the way it is working and the way we interact with things around us through the use of substances like DMT, though this is not suited for everybody. In order to employ DMT as a substance that might be beneficial, it is of importance to prevent it from misuse, which may result in death and madness. In appreciation to the attitude pointed out by the Nexus, i have decided to join the community which seems to differ from communitys i found on other pages which were concerned with the substances commonly referred to as "drugs". I consider myself to be a person of keen intellect with a strong desire to gain knowledge about myself and the world around me, on the other hand i am always open for new ways of looking at and interpreting things and dont lack a certain spirituality which i consider as a necessary prerequisite when concerned with DMT.

Hello Zyce, and welcome to the Nexus. You're absolutely right when you say DMT is one of the most powerful tools in exploring, understanding and examining consciousness.

It certain isn't suitable for everyone, I think we all agree with you on that. I also strongly agree that spice should not be misused; though rather than death and madness, I believe spice has its own way of dealing with those that misuse the sacrament, in the shape of a highly customised slap across the chops.
