Hands down, the most laughter I've ever experienced was the first time I ever smoked cannabis. It was the first drug I ever did.

I had forever resisted partaking in the smoke since I was a kid just because I had this stereotypical view of drugs in general. I had a series of unfortunate incidents happen in my life that caused me to pretty much say screw it to every moral standard I had ever tried to hold myself to.

So I toked up with a couple of buddies who were relative pot heads. I have NEVER laughed so hard at nothing in my entire life. At one point my friends were making faces and dancing around me just to try and freak me out and I was so hysterical in laughter I actually had the thought occur that maybe one could actually die from laughing that hard!

Boy that was a good night.

At the time I was with a friend and out of the distance we saw an old lady walking backwards. She continued to walk backwards until she was right next to us while we were still laughing and spanking our legs, then dissapeared out of our lives, backwards.

She had a brown jacket, brown skirt and brown shoes and from that day forth was known by me and my friend as...

"The brown lady who walk backwards."

Without the assistance of the BLWWB, I actually got my biggest purest laughs from ayahuasca with vaped spice. However it was more holy than giddy.

I don't really uncontrollably laugh much anymore when I'm on drugs. I think it's because I've become more secure about being in such a state. I use to though

In any case, Nitrous Oxide probably gets it. Except for maybe that one time on mushrooms where my friend was laughing uncontrollably and it was really contagious. I laughed a lot on cannabis my first 10 or so times too.

I'm surprised to see so many LSD votes. I never saw it as something that could induce uncontrollable laughter. I just tend to chuckle a lot whenever I think of things that I find clever or humorous, but it's very controllable. I guess I've only taken LSD in my post-uncontrollable laughter days.

Oh and Salvia induces uncontrollable laughter if you try talking to someone. It's just not gonna happen for me, so I can do nothing but laugh at my inability to talk. I usually don't try talking though.

no question...although dmt can induce laughter, it's of a very different quality and not nearly as frequent for me.

Same thing happens to me. Trying to say anything on salvia just results in fits of laughter.

My first time on shrooms a music video came on t.v, Alien ant farm - smooth criminal when it first came out years ago, and i laughed for about two hours straight i was crying and in the end it was crazy hysterical as i could not stop for the love of me.

I remember at one point people came around and my mate had to explain what was going on

I have at least one laughing fit where I geek out to the point of tears every time I take LSD.

I don't really have laughing fits any more but the biggest one I ever had was on LSD, I was in the mountains in south Spain with some friends and the view blew me away to the point of uncontrollable laughter, I was curled up on the floor for half an hour in stitches.

Years ago I would have said cubensis mushrooms (based on dozens of experiences) but when I tried the Psilocybe pajateros (the truffles) the laughing was raised to a whole new level!!!

Some laced weed did it for me, i really think it was mixed in coke or something, it's like when i was turning my head i couldn't stop turning it in that particular direction until it was no longer physically possible it was weird to say the least.

Salvia...so I'm told.

I'd have to say LSD gets me going in the best way, mushrooms come in a close second but they always feel like a nervous laugh because I am so damn confused or dumbfounded by something simple.

I've decided LSD would be great for attending any type of rally or protest because it feels SO good to get worked up in a crowd and scream random things, although you'd be the only guy at the protest screaming about how cool it feels to swim through the air.

Well the hardest ever was on Acid (not sure if it was real LSD) when my fiancee was trying to explain to me what happened when she had an orgasm while we where having sex a few minutes before. She was apparently transported to another dimension and I thought it was hilarious, but this is the only time I laughed like a maniac on LSD. However, Mushrooms and Weed (because I rarely smoke it), always produce uncontrollable laughing fits. Mushrooms more so and more often, thats why I love em so much. If you wanted to induce hysterical laughter I would say take some shrooms. Great subject though!!

Mushrooms for sure! I've done acid many many times and weed but nothing can make me laugh uncontrollably (to the point of actually not being able to breathe and crying at the same time) like a good strain of MUSHROOMS
