I took MDMA for about 2yrs steady, starting with once per month and ending up about once per week for the last year. I've burned out my serotonin receptors and am unable to do any more MDMA since it no longer works (lifetime supply and all that as already mentioned elsewhere in this thread). I took 5htp for a while but it seemed to make things worse for me. I did a ton of research on this and it lead me to GABA and Glutamine, your situation may differ but neither of these will do any harm taken correctly. I would also add some B complex, vit D & A. I highly recommend exercise daily if you can to help work off toxins and nervous energy and to heal your body and mind. I started roller skating of all things did that for a couple of years then started lifting weights and now cycling and hiking too. I've incorporated meditation into my daily life and it has helped immensely with the anxiety and the crazy I had following the damage I did to myself, you might want to give it a shot. My mind was so insane at first it was like WW3 in my head when I tried to get it to be still for a few minutes but as we battled daily it got better and better now I am so much more calm and everything is pleasant.
