*Also A little fasting DOES go a LONG way For me, in most aspects onset, colour, depth, say at least 4 hours of no food and plenty of water.
*Getting a position ready is good to breakthrough,
Smoke - Close eyes - Hold IN - LAY DOWN - Open or Close eyes*Having at least one person present helps me
