After scraping with razor swim noticed that the substance resembles and feels like powder alot more than crystals (althought some sparkly crystals are present), and the powder even absorbs into skin when touched and rubbed. Swim left it out by window and let whatever small amount of naptha that may have been in there to evaporate for many hours.

Anyways is it normal to have a more powdery outcome?

Yes it definitely resembles powder after the initial extraction. After Re-crystalizing you should no doubt be able to make out some nice crystals! No worries man its normal. I hope you don't mind me saying and this is just my opinion but I really dislike the slang Dimitri, it just sounds silly like its trying to hard to be cool or something , same with deemster, and I prefer Spice or just N-N, but thats just me and its just 1 persons opinion. It depends how you do it. If you do a freeze precipitation you get very, very small xtals that clump together. The may appear to be more powdery.
Big xtals require time. The more time the bigger the result. Re-X in solvent and let it evaporate off as slow as possible and you'l get stegosaurus shped xtals with a bit of luck

oops I forgot to say that I simply dry them with a fan, and before I set them to dry with the fan I turn them upside down at an angle for a few hours so as much of the solvent as possible drains from the small powdery looking crystals. That way when you take them out of the freezer, be careful to let the temperature equalize before you open your container or water will get on the crystals, the spice isn't dissolved back into your solvent!!

I know a lot of people who say dimitri, and it's pretty much what I hear it being referred to the most often. It's a decent safe word to use in cases of discretion, Spice or "N-N" tends to set off the "drug alert" in most people.

Most people I know would be confused if I said spice as well, here in TX spice refers to legal blends intended to offer a "stoning" high.

I think some people here are too sensitive to the term, it isn't disrespectful in any way and with the people I know who use it, it surely isn't an attempt to sound "hip" or "cool" any more than referring to LSD as lucy, trips, or doses is an attempt to be cool. It's just a word, try not to annoy yourself over people's terminology too much

I don't see how NN or Spice would set off the drug alerts but if it makes you feel better go ahead and use it. All Im doing is simply telling you how I feel and if you feel differently thats perfectly fine. To be honest I have no idea why i don't like the term and yes it is kind of silly to feel that way, however Im still left with the felling thats it a little odd and eccentric. It is hard to talk about it period! It seems like a drug (molecule) hardly anyone knows about. It is sacred.

As for spice. That is a lovely word for it. However like others have said. Someone hears it as thinks its that "other" spice that you can buy legally that is supposed to be synthetic marijuana. Which is just not cool.

The powder is made of small crystals. You can re-crystalize if it's dirty, but you don't have to.

Remember to weigh your spice! Dont want to overdue the trip by accidentally dropping in 70mg when you thought it was 25mg! The small crystals pack a punch!
