best way to measure accurately if you only have access to a .1g scale and relatively pure dmt and harmala alkaloids, would be dissolving volumetrically in distilled water and storing the solution in a dark freezer.
Measure out your dmt/harmalas and dissolve them separately in a known amount of distilled water (ie, 4g dmt fumarate in 40ml water, 100mg dmt/1ml water).
Keep it in the freezer to prevent degradation and or mold.
For prolonging the experience, use moar harmalas, or redose with harmalas. They will prevent the dmt in your system from metabolizing to an extent.
For going deeper, make sure you are taking enough harmalas, and bump up your dmt dose. Redosing later is also an option, both with harmalas and the dmt.
