Phelps has been suspended for 3 months... I wonder if his apology and cowardly statement was part of the deal to save his career. If you were in his position, would you lie or stand up for the herb? Maybe he is not a big marijuana smoke, although he did obviously know his way around a bong, but just a social smoker and maybe he won't do it again because marijuana doesn't matter to him and he has more important things to worry about.
