I have a friend who has been diagnosed with MS.

Reading up on kirkii, it says:

Synaptolepiskirkii is an Oneriogen with Neurotrophin activity. Neurotrophins are a family of molecules that encourage survival of nervous tissue. A molecule, usually a protein, that will facilitate the growth or repair of nerve cells. A protein, such as nerve growth factor, that promotes nerve cell growth and survival.

Could this help reverse (or at least slow) the symptoms and effects of the MS?

Are there any other natural remedies I can suggest for my friend that might help?

I have a friend that has MS. And I told him about Kirkii. I also linked him with research papers about Kirkii.

He wend to his doctor with this and although the doctor did not put him on kirkii he wend into a full herbal diet, instead of the normal medicines, and that worked pretty well so far.

He did mention though, that even if it promotes new nerve growth, it can mean that it will form extra tissue around the damaged nerves, and if that is in a tight location it can push away the nerve and deaden it again. So I guess it depends on the location where the nerve damage is done if kirkii can actually help or even make it worse.

Kind regards,

Thank you very much for that info Trav, I really appreciate it.
Is there any chance you still have access to the research papers or could point me in the right direction?

I'd like to be able to give my friend some info and let her make an informed decision for herself.

Thanks again!
