Hello fellow mind explorers! I think it's safe to assume that everyone here is interested in exploring the depths of human consciousness, so I would bet that many of you have experimented with lucid dreaming. I am wondering if any advanced lucid dreamers have any input on the idea of transitioning a dmt trip into a dream. I have managed to fall asleep in the extreme relaxation phase of the trip but was unable to stay conscious through this transition. It seems to me that the dreamlike state of the trip, combined with the relaxation and paralyzed body feeling, would provide an opportunity for a vivid WILD if you could manage it. Has anyone ever done this?

Also, has anyone used Guayusa to aid in lucid dreaming? Does it actually help?

Cheers!

I haven't drank guayusa enough to know about that

But almost every time I take a good dose of harmalas I wind up in a really vivid lucid dream during or after the experience, especially if combined with binaural beats. Adding in some changa would help to. The key is to maintain awareness while letting your body relax and brain fall into a deeper state of slower oscillations

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

You find harmalas alone aid in lucid dreaming? Interesting. So a simple syrian rue brew would be good if I was in a lucid dreaming mood but not wanting to blast off to hyperspace? I have some Guayusa on the way, so I will report if I find any noticeable effects of this with regards to lucid dreaming. Thanks for the input!
