I was wandering how the ethyl substitution (DET) in the place of the methyl (DMT), effects the visual aspects of the expirience, I am a little interested in DET and was curious if anybody has expirience or knowledge of the action and quality of DET vaporized and orally ingested. I know most of the time a ethyl in place of a methyl reduces potency/activity. basically can DET vaped produce similar hallucinogenic voyages/distortions in reality as DMT can, and if its got alot of body load/bad side effects... I am under the impression that DPT is not that visual(i have not had the pleasure of tasring this treasure, and its supposedly mostly a auditory hallucinogen with mild visual aspects-please correct me if i am wrong!!!!!! anyway DET seems so be a promising substitute for spice when supply runs short or out. I am not that into un-natural chemicals but basic tryptamines (basic& 4,5-methoxy's/ acetoxy's/hydroxy's ect... just no substituted phenylethylamine psychedelics, just tryptamines my passion mainly mother earth's produce as shes got it down to a science beyond us. SO anybody have anythoughts, expiriences,MOA preferences or recommendations on wheather something like DPT, DET or any other sugestions on very visual tryptamines that are not 20hrs in duration? thank you guys, this is not just to get messed up but more of a decent respectable substitute for spice when the well is dry.
you can always ingest more of a substance to achieve desired effects, but rarely nullify the amount of a substance you have already ingested.

My best guess would be too check reports over at Drugs Forum and Bluelight and then compare then effects of DMT to it.
Got GVG ? Mhm. Got DMT ?

While I have never tried DMT, I have tried both 4-Aco-DET (about 5 times) and Psilocybe mushrooms (once) and I can compare that if it's any help. I felt that the 4-Aco-DET was much more energetic and slightly less visual that mushrooms, but I have had times on the 4-Aco-DET where I stared at a wall on low dosages (10mg rectal) and saw the most intricate and curious geometric fractals morphing, but only if I focused. One can feel the similarity with the two. However, while mushrooms can leave you with a satisfied feeling after taking them and no desire to redose, 4-Aco-DET doesn't have that effect and am easily able to re-dose with glee. Effectively, the DET doesn't have the psychedelic "meal" satisfaction and is more of an neutrally addictive substance.

This is the only information I can really give that's closely related to what you're talking about. If you're looking for a mushroom replacement, 4-Aco-DET works very well.

Pandora is the only person I know off hand that has had DET more than once. Maybe she will chime in.

Well I wouldn't, I guess it all depends on personal experiences.
