I listened to them non-stop for quite awhile.

I really enjoyed them, and I seen them in concert which was by far better than just listening to the CD's.

It makes me emotional. Brings you from lows, to highs extremely fast.

Very very creative stuff.
So glad to see you have overcome them.

Explosions is a gnarly group! i went to see them a few times when they were still touring. cant get over the massive buildups, especially live! they would get into it pretty heavily. plus the music is good to put on during a smoke or before bed.
Everything you see here has been regurgitated from watching television.

They're pretty good, though fairly generic post-rock (post-rock in itself is a godly genre, though). It never grabbed me as much as Godspeed You! Black Emperor (a must-listen), Do Make Say Think, A Silver Mt. Zion, Valley of the Giants, Mogwai, Radiohead (mainly Kid A/Amnesiac era), or Sigur Ros. Also, check out Pelican and Neurosis (anything recorded before "The Eye of Every Storm"Pleased.

And My own band MudFish Smile
Meditation to cure Depression.

What It Will Do for You

This meditation totally recharges you.
It is an antidote to depression. It builds a new system, gives you the capacity and caliber to deal with life, and gives you a direct relationship with your pranic body.
How to Do It
Sit with a straight spine in easy pose. Arms are extended straight out in front of you, parallel to the ground. Close your right hand into a fist. Wrap your left fingers around it. The bases of the palms touch. The thumbs are close together and are pulled straight up. The eyes are focused on the thumbs.
Now inhale for 5 seconds (do not hold the breath in); exhale for 5 seconds; hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Continue.
Start with 3 - 5 minutes and work up to 11 minutes. Build up the time slowly.
In time, you can work up to holding the breath out for 1 full minute.
