Ive heard that it is possible to graft peyote onto most Trichocereus species. I recently have started growing T. bridgessi and was wondering if it was possible to do a peyote graft.

I never have heard of this being done, most people use san pedro. I have googled and searched for some time and I cant find any answers to the question.

I know that Achuma does not have a relatively high alkaloid content, yet many say that it is stonger than san pedro. Possibly there are alkaloids potentiating the effects of the mescaline.

The reason I am so interested is because I wonder if the different mixture of alkaloids would yield a much different effect from the peyote.

Here is a link to a thread I can base some form of information off: https://www.dmt-nexus.me/forum/d....aspx?g=posts&t=3229

the grafting technique is interchangeable between species of cacti (just make sure the vascular rings overlap. keep it humid but not enough so for anything to rot)

a lot of people make tents with close to 90% humidity, but every time i tried that i got rot, the best results i have had was just in my house (which is admittedly humid as fuck, ranging from 50-70%).

also if you are grafting to expedite the growth of your lophophora, you can't go wrong with pereskiopsis.
