I recently purchased an oil pipe to try, or crack pipe. I've read a lot where people say they have no problems with it. I'm not sure where I'm going wrong but I can't get last the first pull. Another thing concerning me is the extreeeme burning sensation I'm experiencing on my lips, its really gnarly harsh and thats one thing stopping me from the second or third hits. Could someone please give me a detailed explanation exactly how to use this device and what I might be doing wrong please. I thank you so much. Peace, love, and happy travels.

hey mate a lot of people smoke it with weed or tobacco in a peace pipe. but if your like me and dont smoke that shit i find using a oil pipe best. the trick is take ur time heating it first till it melts from a powder or crytal. use just a normal lighter not a jet lighter cause this will burn the dmt and leave it in the pipe. i find putting a marble or something in the top of pipe allows u to heat it with out smoke escaping before you ready to draw in. when u breath in put ur lips well over the opening so the smoke doesnt run past ur lips. draw straight into ur lounges do not let it say in ur mouth cause it taste bad and wastes dmt. hold for 8-12 sec should be long enough so when u breathe out there should no more smoke. i do 12 just to be sure but i probably count fast. if u burn your self remove the heat and take longer to draw in so it cools a little more. i hope i helped

also look up vapour genie. get a glass one so u can see if its hot enough. it $60 but worth it if smoking is a regular thing

Oil pipe sucks, i've tried it, no matter what tips someone gives, you wont make it much better IME, forget it. Machine is also not so much better IMO.

Also please be patient and dont bump your threads a few hours after it was made, the forum would be flooded if everyone did that

But anyways dragon I've heard afew other people swear by the torch lighter, I haven't gotten to try one yet so i wouldnt know, but some say its ridiculously good if u know how to use it.

u can produce alot of smoke using a tourch lighter the only problem is the bottom will burn before the top starts smokes so each time u are wasting a bit. it depends on the dmt u get. if its a dry powder dont use a tourch light however crystal seem to be fine. u can use it just dont hold the flame on there for too long and take the flame away about half way through ur in hale that way the remaining dmt cools down and doesnt continue to burn when ur not smoking it. it really about timing. i wasted a bit of dmt i didnt need so just try to under heat it rather then over heat it.

the oil pipe is a good place to start however looking into other methods. it take a lot of skill and concentration to smoke from an oil pipe which can be hard after you 2nd inhale and reality is melting haha. look at methods of smoking in wiki. it will well worth it sooner then later

+1 For the glass vapor genie and torch lighter. It does cost a bit but I am soo very glad to own one now. Might sound silly but I hope to never be without it. So useful for the journey. Good luck friend!

I have gotten an oil pipe to work well....reaching hyperspace with less than 20mg many times using this method.

Of course the GVG is better but if you are on a budget there are few alternatives for someone looking to vaporize....


there are just a few things you have to keep in mind.

you cannot overload the pipe...usually you can only fit about 25-30mg max unless you have a really big bulb on your oil burner...

You have to use either a paper matches or a torch no regular lighter works right...the heat distribution and temperature are all wrong on a bic type lighter for use with this kind of device..

If you use matches take steps so you don't burn yourself or your house down...I just don't like torch lighters because I don't like the idea of inhaling butane with my spice.
Of course the smell of sulphur from matches isn't the best smell either...


Also... One must keep the pipe as clean as possible using a q-tip and distilled water or an ever clear type substance....and also you must frequently replace overly oxidized pipes...

Also don't buy an oil burner where the glass on the bulb part is super thick...the bulb part should be thin.

I have found the oil burner method to be more spice conserving as opposed to smoking it with weed and what not,or the machine.....of course that is just my viewpoint..


Oh and by the way....for educational purposes only I would inform you that actually a "oil burner" pipe is used most commonly by meth addict where as "the machine" is more like a crack pipe....

and this is the reason I dislike buying oil burners from the head shop becase they always give you this look>>>>>>>

But they do cost less than a burger king whopper.
