I am want to do a extraction on phalaris but my last post i saw told that there alot toxins, how dangerous are these and would it be better to just doa mimosa extract . and if i do a mimosa is 50 grams a good amount to start with and whats the minimal yeild if everything goes perfect and its top quality mimosa? otherwise there is virola wich i wasnt to fond of because im not much a fan of bufotinine. I also have acess to peyote/peruvian torch/san pedro, when the buttons (peyote) dry whats the best tek for extraction if i where ever to do any of these extractions

There has been no extended research on gramine (and substituted gramines) toxicity in man, we just know it's toxic to some animals. Better eer for the side of caution. Which virola are you talking about that has bufotenine? Some virola have dmt, or 5-meo-dmt too..

As for best extraction of san pedro/related cactus, a lot of people use 69ron tek, but you can do a normal A/B tek and use xylene or limonene as the non-polar solvent. If you do A/B, be sure to reduce well the acidic solution before basifying, it can help the yields, as opposed to too much water, because mescaline freebase is slightly soluble in water.

I wouldnt extract peyote just because they take so long to grow, I would probably get too attached to them before extracting, but in theory the same as for san pedro should work.

yeah im attached so no extraction on the buttons!! interestingly ive had virola before, but found a site with virola of some kind that apparently along with the alkaloids you mentioned has bufotenine, but ive never heard of this before, i wanted to give the site a go as the sell peyote growing, psychotria leaves, mimosa bark and yopo ingredients and alll the ayahuasca ingredients you can imagine, its pretty impressive, so i might give the psychotria viridis(correct spelling?) leaves a try and their varioious peyote sub types not to the usa but hey sell 6 different types of dried psilocybe mushrooms by the ounce, impressive if quality. if one were to do a psychotria viridis extraction , how many grams of dried leaf appro would be needed for a 3 gram yeild if everything goes well?
