Happened upon this little gift shop on the way back from visiting my grandparents, and I've driven by this place for years, and I decided I'd stop by and get some ice cream for the first time in 19 years.

And I asked the guy what exactly he sold inside, because the outside art was really cool, and he just said "well go in and check it out."

And it was amazing, so much art of all sorts, pottery, paintings, soapstone carvings, rocks and refined minerals from brazil and other parts of the world, old aboriginal arrowheads, so many things, wooden carvings of elders faces. I will get pictures next time I am there.

But, I happened to spend some money, and ended up with what you see here.

The big flat one is a quarts crystal from Brazil, which has blue dye for effect, sort of ruins it but its still fascinating

Then there is that awesome looking pencil...

Last but not least a few little rocks I picked out. The dark red striped one is a Iron Tigereye, which is said to ground the physical being and assist in the acceptance of the body. The blue one is sodalite, which assists in calming of the mind enabling one to see with a more balance perspective, and the pink one with green tinges is called Unakite, which is said to heal the heart.

It's only an hour away, I'm going to smoke and go there every weekend that's close to a payday. Fucking amazing place.

The other caramel looking one, with the white tinge on it, I'm not exactly sure, lemme look in the rock descriptions real quick.. I would suggest it's either an Agate or a Moonstone, agate's make one more present and provide a higher self esteem, and a moonstone is said to enhance intutition, release anxiety and reduce the tendancy to overreact emotionally

The quartz is beautiful man, nice find. There's another thread up right now about "sacred launch pads" or in other words a special place to indulge in the use of spice. Many people suggested he use crystals and things for decoration, and I think that one would be perfecr for what he wants. All of the other ones as well actually, with the balancing of mind and heart you spoke of and whatnot, quite a coincidence haha. Anyway man congratulations on your nice finds. If I find a place that sells rocks I will buy at least 1. trading and harvesting them are a more personal way(imo) of receiving these beautiful earthly creations.

Nope they're not my first batch I've got, I had some from an open gravel pit years ago, and we lost most of them but I found the few that I was most fond of, and it inspired me to get some more.

I was going to go to the nearest rock shop, about 45 mins away, but this happened to be right along our way, I'm going to get into the more spiritual and energetic size of the stones, it's so facsinating.

***I was at a festival and was drawn towards a tent with fire twirling equipment, i noticed that he sold crystal minerals and seen One i loved an oddly formed green crystal, i later found was called malachite', strange thing when i looked it up at home it says malachite is best to bring out inner thoughts and feelings to help bring these out, EXACTLY WHAT I HAD BEEN NEEDING believe it or not - to speak my own opinion more and express my feelings, as i tend to bottle up.****

At this hippy festival i attend each year they have a big dome called the 'Crystal Mandala'
people go and place their crystals in there and then can take them when they leave.

also people can sleep in there and meditate its awesome idea, i swear the vibe can be felt all the crystals connecting on there levels, unseen. plrrrrrrrrr

Next year i want to smoke a big cone of DMT in this dome i plan to smoke my biggest dose ever 100mg crystal, it may very well be my last time smoking the spice? As i believe it is a medicine and each time i smoke it the duration between partaking increases and humans only live so long.

beautiful crystals there,really love that blue one. I used to be sceptical about crystals, but anyone that is go and hold a big clear quartz and tell me u dont feel it's energy. Found them very useful as meditation tool, get me calm and deep quicker and easier, and theyre very healing. Some of my favorite i recommend you look into next time you go are rose for the heart, amesyth for the third eye, and smokey for grounding. Clear quartz besides meditation is great for charging things, like dmt

Yes i also used to be a non believer in crystal power, but once one has done some research into the reasoning it leads to what science is based on.
