I am making this poll due to the fact that some people seem to claim they experience tolerance to psilocin/psilocybin for much longer periods of time than what seems to be the norm..3-5 days or so is usually what all the literature on the subject says, and my own experiences using mushrooms extensivly for a few years would mirror that. I have even taken mushrooms 2 or 3 days in a row with only very slight decrease in effects maybe the 3rd day..sometimes they have been stronger the second day even..

When I used to take them weekly I never experienced tolerance..ever. I could easily take mushrooms every 5 days and prob never have tolerance issues..

I voted for 3-5 days, but I feel like many times I did not develope any tolerance whatsoever.

I've already discussed it on another thread somewhere, but I'm quite sure I have reverse tolerance. If I consume three days in a row, a little bit will go much further on the last day.

Voted 3-5 although it's more like 1-2.

I also voted 3-5 but think it's actually only 1 or 2 for me.

I'm so glad someone else put this first because I didn't want to be the only one claiming I had reverse tolerance to shrooms. When I first broke through on psilocybin I ingested roughly 5 grams to cause the breakthrough effect to happen. Now, when I'm not trying to break through, I'll take about 2.5g and STILL come to a point during the trip where I just sort of phase out into hyperspace.

I also noticed that after having some very large doses in the past that I can get by with much smaller ammounts..sometimes only 1g of cubes in a tea can give me decent cev and lots of insight.

sorry I want to bump this..please vote if you have the experience! Results so far are interesting! Seems tolerance for most is less than 5 days and more like 2 or 3 while some experience no tolerance.

I can't really vote because I'm not partaking in substances often enough to be able to tell, but I can say that I feel some of the above most definitely. When I was testing a lemon tek for the first time I did a test dose of .55g and felt much more than I expected. I then did a 2g dose 3 days later and it was quite strong and amazing.

Jaime, this just shows how drugs can effect everyone differently. You have 2 people on here claiming reverse tolerance which is unheard of for shrooms. I am claiming the exact opposite. It takes at least 2 weeks for me to truly have a great experience again.
