Does anyone know of any accessible material which can block radio waves, electro magnetic interferences, and frequencies etc.? I'd like to construct a helmet which I can use for sensory deprivation. Any ideas are extremely welcomed and appreciated.

Alot of this information is completely foreign to me, I was hoping one of you nexus wizards had first hand experience purchasing and procuring this helmet and could put into human lamen terms for me, however I realize this will be a very tough project as I need to educate myself on these subjects. Even better maybe I could find one on ebay.
