Hi

I was just wondering, I've got a dose of Mimosa and Rue in seperate jars ready to consume. The Rue is in an definite air-tight container, but the Mimosa I've had has just been left in a normal jar which isn't exactly air-tight. I've left both out at room temp for about 2 weeks now, but reheated and froze once. So my question is; has anyone had any issues/sickness from a similar situation before?

If it has no mold, it should not be any problem.. Maybe it will have fermented slightly, just boil it again and you should be fine.

Ideally for long term storage, put in airtight jar and into the freezer.
