I've recently been trying a bit a zazen meditation and today I picked a large leaf off of my new salvia plant (which I have decided to name MCA as she arrived in my abode the day the great Adam Yauch passed away) to see how the quidding experience is like and to begin acquiring the taste as I sit.

It has occurred to me how restrictive our clothing is! I'm sure it is obvious as I've noticed it before but at this moment nothing will suffice but my underpants.

Do you guys own any clothing which you prefer to wear on your mind-expanding days?

I've been journeying in quite warm clothing lately as its winter here, but when its warm undies all the way.. especially for smoking spice.. or naked.. depends if i'm alone

If I am alone (or in some situations with people), I will have a sudden urge and remove some clothing: this varies from removing a shirt to being in only boxers. When I take a shower on mind-enhancers, removing my clothing and analyzing myself in the mirror is such a humourous thing for me.

As far as clothing, I like to wear clothes that are as plain as possible and as comfortable as possible without being too outrageous. I like to be able to be comfortable, not be distracted by my own clothing, and be able to walk in public with no problem. I always end up wearing comfortable-fitting blue jeans (it becomes bothersome to constantly pull up my pants or fix my belt) and a plain comfortable-fitting shirt. The more comfort, the less my body complains during the experience.

i never liked wearing clothes (especially pants) even before doing psychedelics.

as far as garments to recommend, sarongs are awesome, but can be hard to get right when you are really fucked up (especially when you are not used to them) but you can adapt over time (i even came up with a new way to wrap that is easier and holds it up better)

thin sarongs can be airy and feel like you are wearing virtually nothing (especially if you aren't wearing underwear) as far as shirts the best i can recommend is a thin, soft, semi-loose v-necks, but shirtless is always an option

also when sitting down and meditating sarongs are great for holding all your crystals in your lap (even if they do kinda touch your dong )

I have to say that i usually prefer a large loose but heavy t-shirt and loose pants/ shorts or boxers - socks are a must! Anything more significant than a t-shirt is a no no! As for journeying naked, i find it rather odd - the naked body becomes too vulgar. For that reason it is something i usually avoid, that is unless a very erotic experience arises during my travels.

Shorts and sleeveless shirt for the time being.

i like as little clothing as possible, and the clothing u do where just use the most comfortable clothes u have, if the weather is good out or im inside, nothing more freeing than shirt off no shoes..very loose pants or shorts, but if ur out and its cold be sure to cover up, ive made this mistake before and ended spending the night shaking n in fear of hypothermia, so depends on the conditions..

also: technically not clothing but tripping naked (or in boxers or w/e) with a super soft blanket is pretty awesome, plus it can feel weird having a shifting detachable furry hide

I enjoy socks, i find that tight socks keep me together during my voyages.

As for my body, when i am not under the influence of psychedelics it's just wonderful. I can say that i enjoy myself and that my sexuality is definitely not repressed. It is just under the influence of mushrooms for the most part, sometimes LSD, my body does indeed become to vulgar. It makes me feel odd. Now on the other hand if i am enjoying the said experience with my partner, i will appreciate her body. What i am trying to say is that nothing is ingrained - it's just the way that my brain and perception function at the said time.

P.s. i agree that journeying in the comforts of a nice blanket is always a pleasure, be it naked or not.

Funny that you mention salvia in the same post, for me salvia is like the ultimate substance that shows you how uncomfortable any clothing is. No matter how loose the clothing, when I smoke salvia, it without exception makes anything that's touching my body feel like SANDPAPER. Also it makes me sweat alot.

So my salvia sessions is just me in my undies. I stopped going all the way naked because of one traumatic experience where my penis merged with my chin, and I felt like a retarded mutant who was forced to live his life with his face next to his balls...

If I can be naked when I smoalk, I am. Otherwise I try to be as un-bound by clothing as possible.

I get naked pretty often, I'm naked right now, not just when I expand my consciousness, clothes are restrictive as hell. It's funny to see how embarrassed people get when they see me naked in public, I'm obviously not embarrassed at all, but they get ashamed as if they're doing something wrong by looking at me.

I used to trip naked often on the beach..kind of a side effect of living on wreck beach for a period of time a few years back...

I rarely do a vaped spice experience clothed, I find it restrictive, uncomfortable and distracting. I’m most comfortable in my birthday suit wrapped in a duvet in a pre-warmed bed.

Longer experiences I don’t have so much of an issue with clothing, I’m quite happy in anything loose and light.

I go for soft brightly colored clothes. Normal fit. I can't imagine enjoying entheogens in skinny jeans

I am trying to get together a native shaman type outfit tegether. I call it my warrior outfit.

I have so far a bracelet that is made of leather with beads and shells. Then I have a sarong that can be wearn as a skirt or a cape and has kind of african brown tribal patterns with a worrior man and woman with a spear in hand. I will try this and see what happens while on DMT. Have yet to complete it though. Maybe some feathers and another garment and it will be complete! Oh yeah. And my Didgeridoo when I get it. A 20 min meditation of the Doo and I will be ready for launch!
