Hiya Nexus. its been several months since my last post, so i thought i would pop by for some knowledge. I've been having a problem lately; preflight jitters/anxiety. When in my room, by myself, or with a dmt friend, i experience nauseating anxiety just thinking about what will ensue, and id say about 50% of the time, it becomes such an ordeal, that i feel like vomitting; although most of the time, its just wretching. when this happens, there is no open eye visuals, or closed, simply nausea and dizziness. i thought it could have something to do with my extraction, or perhaps with the naptha remainder, but this theory seems somewhat debunked by several friends getting phenomenal results with no discomfort with as little as rez hits. i guess what information id like to gather is thoughts on my mindset, environment, and dilemma . Also, please share triggers of your you avoid. mine include: disorderly room/ environment noisy fans air conditioners dirty things hungry tummy/ full tummy / malnutrition in general people i dont like/ creepers
anywho, any input is thoughtfully acknowledged and greatly appreciated, so thanks for the look-over.

Any noise puts me in a bad place, one time I left my xbox running with the TV off and just that small minute noise of the internet fan made me uncomfortable.
That and being around any people, unless I invited them.

Yeah you need a relaxed place, not lively people hustling the day. Don't like machines, maybe a sound setup low volume. I like to have a sitter comfort thing? better if they are travelling also. well i have not had many solo missions. I have just started to get real picky of my journeys, i like to pick a day for partaking and think about it for a week or so prior. I have also started to fast before. And am going to test Outside vs Inside trips. see what i like best. "Given enough Time even Hydrogen starts to wonder where it came from, and where it is going"

silent darkness as terence mckenna always recommended, the less distractions/ sensory input the better since it is ur senses that are what holds u down in this reality
