Hello all!

A friend of mine gave me some Mimosa Hostillis root bark powder, along with some capsules filled with Syrian rue. My question is, how much of the Mimosa should I take? And, how should I prepare myself beforehand as far as eating the proper foods? He had said to eat light a day before hand, and suggested white rice. I also have a small amount of crystal DMT that I plan to vaporize a few times, working my way up before I go ahead with the oral dose.

Any tips are greatly appreciated!

i would try crushing up then brewing the syrian rue and taking it as a tea. And you'll need a scale to weigh out the proper amount of mimosa to brew. i would start wit around 2 or 3g mimosa but it all depends on the amount of syrian rue your taking. I wouldn't take either without knowing the amounts

Thank you for the replies, and my apologies! I did do several searches, using several different search terms, and had no luck. I will look some more. The instructions I was given was to mix the Mimosa powder with water, or juice, and blend in a blender. I was given 10 capsules of the Syrian rue seeds, and told to take them all. Each capsule contains aprox. .4 grams of seeds, and there is 72 grams of the Mimosa Hostillis powder.

I would suggest doing a brew with 3x boils and filtering at the end, like FAQ says, instead of drinking/eating plant material unfiltered which would be too harsh on the stomach.
