A friend recently gave me a buch of Calamus root. I did a little reseach on it and see that it has some health benefits. I have grounded root and wanted to know the best way of injestion and use. any feedback would be much appreciated. I know if one was interested they could get TMA-2 from it. Kind of a psychedelic amphetamine. It's a phenylacetone like 2c-b and mdma. You lock the door, and throw away the key

Many years ago I tried many different batches of Calamus root using various different methods and it didn't do anything at all. The effects are apparently extremely weak and require you to really focus in on it in order to notice the effects. It’s not worth it. And if you take a large dose orally, it will make you vomit, and still hardly do anything at all. It could just be that certain varieties of Calamus root are “psychoactive”, but I’ve never run across any. You may remember me as 69Ron. there is an acorus gramnius(sp) 5x extract that i've read good things about... might be worth looking into

From then on you'd be doing a synth rather than an extraction and I believe it's fairly long winded. At my level of knowledge of chemistry and lack of equipment I wouldn't bother, but if someone had the skills and the tools, google may yield some good information for going down that road.
