So I've been doing a bit of research into different ways to help with improving memory through supplement use, and one that I've gotten interest in was on one site called "the most commonly taken nootropic": piracetam. I'm almost certain I haven't seen it in any vitamin stores like Vitamin World, they're more focused on Ginkgo to help memory it seems... anyway I was wondering if anyone here has tried piracetam, and if so, did he help with memory as I've read?

Does anyone have good experiences with any other nootropics to the point that they would recommend its use (possibly had better experiences than with piracetam)?

Also, for those using any nootropics, have you felt that it helped you remembering your DMT experiences better than without it?

One last thing I want to ask: Has anyone noticed any form of dependence on any nootropics, where they stopped taking it for whatever reason and they experienced memory issues that were worse than before they first started taking it?
A dramatic shift approaches...

I can't comment on the nootropics as I've only tried aniracetam and I noticed no effects, but I will say however that I believe memory can be exercised and improved simply by trying. Remembering an experience takes calm conscious observation with the intent of remembering. The more you remember the more you can remember.

If you are talking about doing memory exercises than yes, I have done those with success. However, in addition to improving short term memory, I would like to be able to better access my long term memory, mainly to improve my episodic memory, perhaps nootropics are not meant to aid with that form of memory so asking about it is nonsensical?
