Call out to all UK nexians! Protest the shit out of this and protect yourself, get the TOR browser bundle. Let us do our bit to strengthen the network systems to protect ourselves from these kind of tyrants.

My hope has been that the logistics required would take far too much man-power to ever be fully effective. I'm sure with sophisticated cross-referencing of phrasing they could narrow down "persons of interest". They probably already do something similar, but can seldom act of illegally gained information.

The link doesn't seem to work? But yes, this sort of monitoring is not welcome. Mad

Some points to note though–

• This has been proposed previously by Labour when they were in power, it didn’t happen.
• Many politicians don’t like the idea
• It’s an enormous, expensive and complicated undertaking they propose and the country isn’t exactly doing well on the economic front at the moment

I’m pretty sure this will happen at some point, but I think it’s quite a long time off currently.

Cheers buddy Smile Yes, let's hope it is a long way off... I don't fancy having all my data scrutinised, not that I'm Twisted Evil or anything, but you know....
