I am just wondering if others frequently have these type of experiences on DMT,
salvia or mushrooms?

I understand people sometimes have experiences like this but I have them almost
everytime I have a breakthrough.Sometimes I talk to god others I am god and
sometimes god is everything.

Yes we do, yes you are, yes I am, yes it is.

Yes this is very common IME and from reading around on the forum. The trick is bringing the message back and integrating it into your life. I like to keep a notepad nearby and as soon as I'm back I try to jot down any information that I can recall and try to integrate the message into my life.

DMT has always resulted in positive lifestyle changes for me and is for me a sort of guide. My diet is clean, I exercise regularly, I'm in school to obtain a career path that helps people. None of these things would be the case if I had not regularly partook. My life would have still been sitting in a dark basement playing video games with the bong on the coffee table... I'm sure many can relate.

I guess my point is just be sure to integrate your "god" experiences whether they be good or bad.. and trust me... its often scary in there but the points are made.

Thanks that makes me feel alot better.I did jot down a little about my last breakthrough instead of wishing I could forget the message asap.I am starting to get more comfortable with these type of experiences but at first I was really
scared of them.

I've had hundreds of DMT experiences, but only two of them fell in the god category. I count them as two of my most significant, blissful and sacred experiences I've ever had.

Id also like to point out that what one person considers a "god" experience may be entirely different from that of the next persons. Not only that but the same person who thought one experience was elusive enough to fall under this category might change their perspective after the encompassment of future experiences.

We are limited by language so we fail to accurately transcribe a common thread of experience.

Good point maybe in the future i will have an experience that will eclipse my others
and redefine what I consider a god experienceSmile .

Hello.

First let me say that everything written here is just my "view" based on my own personal experiences with dealing with the spirit realm so I'm not trying to portray anything here as an absolute fact..just my opinion.

OK...
I have been taking psychedelics for almost 20 years and I have been having "God" type experiences ever since I began. Instead of "God" I prefer to call it "The Creator" but that is just because I feel it to be a more accurate title.

These types of experiences do happen but not all that frequently, in fact I would venture to say most psychedelic users don't have them...If you are someone that has this type of experience then you are probably one of the "chosen". By "chosen" I mean The Creator has a special job for you of some type and is trying to get you to "wake up" to your life's purpose.

The first time I had such an experience was with LSD. I thought I saw God Himself, face to face..(I took LSD for 11 years before I discovered DMT)
I eventually came to understand that it was not the ultimate divine father that was visiting with me while I was on LSD but actually what I was seeing was an Angel, a fragment of the divinity.

I have been taught that although there have been exceptions, no living man is generlly allowed to look up on the face of The Creator except for while in dreaming. This is because we as humans are too impure to be in the company of the Holy King...it would be something like a moth flying into the Sun's Corona.

On DMT however it is possible to hold an audience with the creator because dreaming and DMT tripping are similar functions of the brain/soul. While, I myself have never been allowed to behold the actual "Creator" as of yet..I am still quite satisfied with what I have witnessed thus far.

So to conclude my long winded answer I will say that yes, I have seen "Godly" things on LSD, DMT,Mushrooms, Mescaline and 2c's but the most sacred experiences I have had have been on Ayahuacsa... I happen to believe that Moses used an Acacia version of Aya to assist in inducing visions. (I'd say Salvia is a little trickier to work with)

And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

Eliyahu I really like your comment it has given me much to think about.

I have never really been a strong believer in any type of religion in the past and even now I still dont follow any.
I always lacked the faith required for it.

But with every trip it gets harder and harder for me to deny that we are divine beings.I still am not sure if these are godly
visions or not but I do feel I am being shown some kind of truth.

I am much happier than I was before I had any of these experiences.

As jbark said,
Yes we do, yes you are, yes I am, yes it is. Smile

Although i don't use the word god often, since its really just another ambiguous monkey mouth noise that we've slapped onto an experience and mental concept that, IMO, stretches well beyond our ability to imagine at this time.

Question- Would anyone agree with me in thinking that what so many religious people really have such an intense longing for is a connection with this "place" or state of being we call hyperspace? I think that longing could apply to everyone to various degrees, not just the religious/spiritual. Just a hunch ;]

<Ringworm>hehehe, it's all fun and games till someone loses an "I"

Dethrone,

Thank you.

I don't buy into any modern organized religion either but I do believe that possibly certain truths and much wisdom can be distilled from the philosophical common denominator that many ancient religions share. I also believe that "faith" is just a meaningless abstract concept
based upon a flawed Greek interpretation of the Hebrew Torah..

Truly, if you can see "God". What good does "faith" do? What further proof do you need of his existence after witnessing his divinity? Does he not prove himself to you in a multitude of ways that only you can understand?
Obviously the concept of "faith" was invented by people that could not see "God".

During a DMT journey I had once I encountered some Angelic entities who began speaking to me in what sounded like Hebrew. I asked them if they were speaking Hebrew to me and they told me that they were. They then strongly suggested that I learn ancient Hebrew. When I asked why they told me that Hebrew was a language devised by The Creator.

Of course I did what they said and started learning biblical Hebrew. This eventually led me to the discovery of Kabbalah(lit. to Receive the light) I'm not talking about Madonna style Cabala either.

Not trying to be a preachy poo-poo here and I 'm not trying to be a belief pusher either but I have read just about every trippy-philosophy type book out there and as far as written wisdom goes I have found genuine Kabbalah to be immensely helpful in understanding not only the rules and regulations of DMT and the spirit world but it also helps me to understand the underlying royal hierarchy of the universe. It is also set up more like a science than a religion so it tends to be compatible with other non-Jewish beliefs such as Buddhism Christianity, Hinduism and of course Shamanism.

Thanks for reading.

I dont think god cares if I have faith or if anyone prays or even believe there is a such thing.
I once thought of god as a supreme being, now I think everything is god.

The thing I am having the most trouble with is when I am god.I feel crazy just saying it.I think it
will continue to happen until I fully accept that we are not seperate from god/universe or matrix
whatever we want to call it.

Or god will continue to visit me on my journeys and I will have to get used to it.

What I meant earlier by faith was the religions required it not god.

I believe the term your looking for is called "interconnectivity". There have been quantum physics experiments that prove that everything is interconnected.

I would also say that in my mind you are right on both counts, humans are gods and there is a supreme being as well.

My advice would be to stay extremely humble during the times when "you feel like God".

Happy trails to you.

Thanks all for the great responses, when I started this thread I was a little worried I would be mocked for it.
And im sure my views will change several times in my life as they have before.

I was just curious if this sort of thing happened to others often or not.

You should read the thread I started a little while back titled "Religiousness and its relevance to Spice", our topics are relatively similar. Some of the people kind of strayed away from the main topic a bit but it's still a good read for the most part.
A dramatic shift approaches...

Yep, these topics do tend to stray. This one has a really concise title and has stayed productive so far. But yeah, WEM's thread has some great material.

Universecannon: yep, that's exactly what they are starved for, and why they are so out of balance.

Eliyahu: your comments are really far out sounding but completely true.

God is Self in its wholeness. That is one of the, if not THE, big secrets of the psychedelic experience, particularly with DMT. You are the mind of the universe... The mind that IS the universe. You are also a primate. It's a pretty cool combo.

I've had many breakthroughs on DMT but there is one in particular that I will never forget till the day that I die.

Actually from what it told me I'll still remember it then.

The reason it stands out more than any other is mostly because of how organized, vivid and clear everything was. Usually there is so much going on its hard to remember most of it. This one was different.

I remembered every detail and actually felt more "awake" during that breakthrough than I've ever been...... ever!

It was the very first post I ever made on the Nexus and the only trip report I've posted since. Nothing ever came close to it in clarity.

I'm mentioning it now because the very last thing I remembered before I came back was this message.... "your consciousness will go on when you die. God exists in everything and everyone! We are all one"

I've had much more bizarre, amazing breakthroughs than that since but NONE were as vivid as that. That message really stuck with me and I think about it everyday.

Thanks for that!

I appreciate the recognition and support.

you whom experienced "the creator" how long we're you gone when you came back? I ask because mine has defied all experiences I've ever read, mine didn't last the 5-15 min, mine lasted hour and a half, and only ended because I made it end.

^ This.

My first god experience had to do with a hyperspacial performance of the 1980s television program Eureeka's Castle. After I had that trip I knew, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that I was God playing around in a monkey body. Now I highly doubt anyone else I know could have interpreted that experience as a clue to the path of godhood, but for me there was just no questioning that that's what it was there for. Experiencing that vision made me realize I was not who I had assumed myself to be and that I had existed before my earliest memories.

The particulars of who/what/when/how/why this is the case I'm still trying to figure out even now, but the message was received loud and clear: there is no God other than the one Self we all share and we can directly access this part of ourselves, despite what our religious institutions try to teach us about needing a savior or intermediary between us and God.
All posts are from the fictional perspective of The Legendary Tek: the formless, hyperspace exploring apprentice to the mushroom god Teo. Tek, the lord of Eureeka's Castle, is the chosen one who has surfed the rainbow wave and who resides underneath the matter dome. All posts are fictitious in nature and are meant for entertainment purposes only.
