Hey everyone, back near the end of February I ordered a small amount of MHRB from Brazil (powdered)with PayPal. Twenty five days later I didn't receive anything so I went on the website I ordered from and noticed that they put down that they don't ship to Canada anymore. Worried I contacted the guy and he told me that Customs has started destroying packages but I have nothing to worry about and if in a month I don't get anything he'll give me a 50% refund.

Since March 2nd my package had been sitting in customs so I wait a month still didn't receive anything, so I email the guy back...no reply. Wait until April 17th send another email to him... no reply. I can't open a PayPal dispute because its too late, so now I'm starting to think he told me to wait a month because he knows that after 45 days I cant do anything and just said he'll give me 50% back so I wouldn't open one...If anyone wants to know the website tell me ill pm it.

To get to the point my package is still in customs since March 2nd with the same message:
"International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs" and then I read this: http://tinyurl.com/72ysmhp Now I'm shitting my pants on top of all of this my sisters boyfriend tells me that there's a black van with tinted windows always driving back and forth around my block and sometimes just parked across my house I have also seen it. I never told him I ordered anything so him saying this blew me away, now I'm starting to get really worried... Do I have anything to worry about? Any other Canadians have any problems? I'm in Ontario...Advice?

Edit: Maybe I'm just really paranoid about the van and it's just a neighbor... still creeped me out when he mentioned it though.

I wouldn't worry too much about the black van. It would cost your local PD far too much in time and resources to bust some small-time home extractor with a "small amount" of MHRB. Really, they've got better things to do and bigger fish to fry.

Thanks for the reply, You've put my mind at ease. Is there any chance that I will receive it at all? Sure it was a small amount but it still cost me a pretty penny, I heard that usually customs sends a letter in 45 days saying that items where detained or whatever I still haven't received one. Is there still hope? and if i do get a letter would it be a smart idea to fight it?

You're joking, right? Let it go and be happy you're not in jail. It costs a much prettier penny.

Well I know some places here that sell it (over priced of course)so I was just thinking since its not illegal and a small amount unlike the big amount that guy ordered and got busted for, to just say i wanted to use it for dye but you're right it probably isn't worth the trouble. It's too bad the vendor screwed me over and lied about the 50% refund.

On the other hand maybe someone standing up to them may make them more reluctant to steal packages, assuming you won... although it's a bit iffy since you would be defending it on the basis of a lie since you are buying it for extraction lol.

If it was me I'd probably just cut my losses and move on though.

If you arent a mass producer or handler of any contraband, I think youre safe.

Unfortunately I didn't. I just sent an email to paypal right now explaining the situation I also just found out the sellers Paypal was closed down. Time to play the waiting game and hope for the best.

it seems only the east coast of canada is bothering with any of this..virually every case I know of where customs seizes mimosa is on the east coast. I never had problem here even after people were having problems last year in toronto. I ordered 6 kilos of caapi and a kilo of chacruna too not long ago and that came without problem..

I dunno sucks if your on the east coast I guess in terms of dealing with customs..

I received my mhrb a month ago and Im on the east coast in canada. Its bad luck I guess...
