So after much delay i finally received my new gvg (this was sometime ago now)..
I didnt have the chance to use it for a while but when I brought it out to use it for the first time I noticed it was cracked, wow bummer. So i emailed VG 3 weeks ago and they said they would send a replacement and a postage paid, and I was pleasantly pleased with this seemingly great customer service.
...I waited over a week and nothing, when i had made my order it arrived in 4 days and it was even over the weekend (sent friday, arrived monday)... A few days later I emailed them to no reply. It has been 2 weeks since that email and I have still heard nothing back and received no replacement. I sent them another email the other day to which i recieved no reply.
Im trying to be patient but this is kind of frustrating .. So i am just wondering if anyone has had any contact with VG staff at all recently? Perhaps it is just not me who they are not returning emails to? ... Any other advice would be appreciated too (Im thinking about asking for their phone number)?
