I've been involved in experimenting with DMT for about a month now and over the last few days I've noticed that the limit of my meditative state has increased significantly!

The duration of my practice has probably doubled and I feel as though at its peak, it is becoming more and more like the 'carrier wave' of vaped DMT. I really am getting to those heights with little more than pineal DMT and fresh air. Even my hearing begins 'rumbling' and I'm beginning to observe fleeting visions...

I was just wondering if this was common... Are folk on here much into meditation or should I have found another site for this thread?

It is common.

Use DMT in conjunction with meditation and you can reach a state of saturation where any point of meditation includes that hyperspatial awareness. Hard to put into words but you get the gist.

Yes, hyperspatial awareness... That describes it perfectly and is the antithesis to what I'm talking about at the same time... It's paradoxical; the object of my meditation is the absence of awareness and yet, I'm becoming more aware of my ability to experience 'hyperspace' or 'Buddha nature' at will... Even when I'm not meditating... I could just be walking the kids to school and I can 'see through it all' and access that inner peace...

I likes it. I likes it a lot Smile

"I never don't know if I am meditating or not"

Everything is seamless now.

..i agree DMT has this potential..

i think this what a lot of anti-'substance' 'spiritual'/yoga-types miss when dismissing even DMT..
it can help you 'do it naturally' more..
mind-medicine..

ive also experienced this, ever since started using dmt been able to reach deeper meditative states than previously. prob since dmt opens ur crown chakra, which causes kundalini activation. Kundalini activation can happen with just meditation but with dmt takes a little less time and effortWink , now i believe the 3rd eye is no longer asleep, but ive found that its like any muscle in the body that the more u work it the easier it is to open, ive taken long breaks from meditation and found much harder and many times no longer able to reach deep states than was doing on daily basis, so very good to meditate as often as possible. Also found changa a very very useful meditative tool more so than pure spice

Yeah same for me. I started doing meditation about one year before my first encounter with DMT. I started with 5-Meo-DMT back then and this really helps a lot. For me, 5-Meo-DMT is a very straight forward tool when it comes to working with deep meditation states. I have also done some Vipassana-retreats, where sometimes I reach states similiar to higher doses of 5-Meo-DMT but without any help of a drug.
My ritual every 2-3 weeks is to do meditation for two hours, then snort a big line of 5-Meo-DMT (let's say 20-50mg), and as soon as my awareness of body, time and place returns do another 1-2 hours of meditation. Sometimes I add some vaped DMT for the nice colours.
Also 2-3 times a week I smoke a low dose of 5-Meo-DMT and/or DMT before I start my daily meditation. Makes things a lot clearer.
Of course doing a lot of meditation on a regular base makes it very easy for me to reach deep states on psychedellic drugs and also without psychedellic drugs. So meditation is my primary tool, the drugs are 'only' for the occasional excitement. Smile

So far I don't have any experience with oral DMT/Ayahuasca but I imagine it will be a very very profound experience to combine this with a long session of deep meditation.

I totally agree that DMT helps with Meditation as well. I thought I knew how to clear my "Raging Monkey" Mind but I didn't really until one specific experience, then I remember the true thought emptiness of sailing through the beautiful endless hyperspace abyss forgetting part of me was even a human. When ever I need a reminder I remember that moment and it clicks (well most of the time) Embarrased

I just wish Meditation could get me the "Hyper Real" visual effect that is a fascinating effect of DMT. I get visuals sometimes, even vivid ones occasionally, yet other times just a blissful void, but nothing compared to the perfect 1000000% color saturation, and vivid crispness of DMT.
