Right before seeing this thread I was being all nostalgic thinking about my introduction to mind altering plants with salvia, and I then grew pretty saddened by all of the executive and legislative action against entheogen s. It is a sad story. News stories popping up about kids being charged with dmt possession with mere rootbark I wonder how longit will be untill our system as banned all use of mind altering substances, save alcohol and nicotine. Such a shame that even though tobacco is legal, the way americans use it so dirty compared to the traditional way of using nicotine for shamanic experiences. It's like we are getting very near to the extreme polar opposite of our sacred traditional past.
