HOLD up every one i have met in australia smokes DMT through a water bong, best hit ever. either a cone full of one point of changa "dream time" herbal blend. or .25mg - .50mg crystal, on top of dry mint leaves or weed. Smoke SLOW and Hot, rip it, close eyes count to TEN, there ya GO..pooof no Fail. "Given enough Time even Hydrogen starts to wonder where it came from, and where it is going"

Hey, I've tried many methods and that ash thing is no joke- in a standard weed pipe it will produce vapor instead of combustion. Foolish perhaps, but it works. But if course, technique is key, whatever your method.

Yeah the ash thign certainly works. Ash helps preventing DMT from melting through a screen, as well as buffering from the heat if its on top, and since the ash is left overs from combustion it wont generate any extra vapor (unlike for example some herb sandwhich would).
Nonetheless its certainly more effective to use a vaporizing method with a propper heat buffer and convection heating like the GVG or the Inspirator MKII
