Hey guys, I've been lurking for quite a while on the nexus, and this post is being written into the third pull of my first extraction!! To give a little background on myself, I am a musician, and a lover of science and philosophy. From a young age I was very fascinated in most topics related to science, and I made it my goal as a young-un to pursue science. I'm a freshman in college, but I've decided that my field of study will undoubtedly be in chemistry, or some derivation thereof. I'm definitely very excited, not just for the psychotropic states I can explore with the discipline, but just the field itself. I've always imagined it as playing around with the basic components of the universe, and hopefully to reveal some greater truth about our existence here, and perhaps the foundation of existence itself.

My first two pulls of the extraction didn't end up so well, but after a while of research, I think I figured out that I was using far too much solvent (in my situation naptha, using Q21Q21's tek). I just recently did the third pull as I said above, this time using roughly 25 mL of naptha. I stuck it in the freezer about an hour ago, and the solution has become very cloudy, which I have read is the DMT molecules trying to crash out of solution. I think I have had my first great success! I have attached a picture of the solution, let me know how it looks guys!!

I can't personally respond regarding your extraction, also kind of hard to see what I'm looking at. But I share your interest in science. Due to my job I'm unable to really be serious about going to school for any kind of degree. But it's still an interest I would like to some day pursue

Indeed its hard to see much in that pic... Is your mimosa from a reputable supplier? Did you mix well in each pull? Remember you can always simply pre-evaporate your first two pulls and stick them in the freezer again.

Sorry about that guys. That was the first pull I really got right. The pic just shows the naptha saturated with disassociated DMT molecules, waiting to crash out of solution, I was just checking to see if that was indeed an indicator of doing the job right. Since then I've had quite a few very successful pulls. The first way I vaporized the DMT was with the simple herb sandwich method, and It worked quite well. Although it wasn't a breakthrough, that wasn't what I was looking for at the time. I plan on in the future purchasing a classic vapor genie for true breakthrough doses. I've at this point eased myself into it, and ascended as far as two fairly large tokes, which yielded some of the most intense CEVS and OEVS in my life. As far as other psychedelics, I have used mushrooms, up to around 5 grams, and LSD up to around 1200 mics. I am definitely considering using dmt orally, in fact, I just made plans with a friend to try pharmausca together.
