question about 10x caapi Options

I soaked 10g of caapi leaf in IPA for 3 weeks and then let the IPA evaporate over 1g of caapi leaf. It now weighs 1.75g. So, for a 1:1 ratio, would I infuse 1.75g of spice (the new weight) or 1g of spice (the original weight)? I'm assuming I would use the new weight of 1.75g, but I'm just asking to make sure because I don't want to end up with stuff that is too strong and easier to accidentally over-dose on.

Won't a dose of 10x changa look smaller than a dose of plain changa without extracts, even if they weigh the same?

I swear I'm a pretty bright guy but for some reason this is confusing the crap out of me!Sad

the ratio is usually a weight ratio so use the final weight of caapi.
