So here's my dilemma. When free basing d it helps to rip it until things get weird, and then one more. Unfortunately after two rips the pipe turns into a magical wand or wizard staff or something. Also my hands have become skeletons, Styrofoam, play dough, and other materials that are counter productive when trying to start a lighter. Any suggestions on how to get that one last rip in?

On a serious note. You could setup an alcohol burner since you said you use a lighter. You would want to make sure you set up the area so no matter what happens even if you knock stuff over, a fire cannot start. I do not recommend trying a torch that stays on. That could be bad.

Ultimately the very best solution is to have someone else do the flaming for you. Or you could learn to smoke out of a wizards staff using styrofoam hands!

Yea what anrchy said. But if you absolutely can't get a friend and can't learn how to operate a wizards staff, then my suggestion is to change the instrument. For example the Machine can give you huge rips, so you just need 1 or 2.

I like using one of these crafty bongs, but instead I use a glass bowl from my bong.....and CHANGA! Ive had the best experiences with FB and layered herb with this device as well. Just tap the herb once with the flame and thats all you need to get a suprisingly smooth smoke!!

Hahaha. Thanks guys. I think if i had any chance of a fire starting i would have a sitter close by. I like the idea of a friend helping me. Need to buy a torch lighter first though. And one last note, I love D. It has taught me things that no amount of education or earthly experience could have taught me.

?? Tin foil? The article says nothing about tin foil.. You use coarse steel or copper wool.

That's why there's no other way than to clear the whole dose in single hit for me(And some others here). I wouldn't want to be buzzing "half there" while attempting to inhale another hit. One or nothing for me.

Lol I had this problem when I used to vape. For me my hands used to elongate as well as the pipe, then sometimes little creatures would sort of pop out of my hand and climb my arm - as you can imagine this made taking another drag pretty difficult. It seemd like my hands would be at the far end of the room.
I solved this by lowering my dosage and getting it all in 1 hit – I use the machine btw – breakthrough can be achieved in 1 hit with the machine if you practice. Fortunately practicing with this molecule is pretty exciting.

There was only one time I can recall where I knew what was meant by being unable to take another hit (even though I wanted to). I had lost 100% depth perception. Everything was purely flat and 2D with no differentiation between any different depths. Because of this I quite literally could not determine where to position the lighter. I ended up determining that if I got that far, I probably didn't need the extra hit anyway
