So I've finished the first few extractions of MHRB and i haven't really delved into it too much and this is why. I feel that with DMT i have the best experiences when i do it multiple times in one night. For example smoke some at lets say 7:00pm then reflect back on the trip and about and hour later delve in again and repeat until i feel i am done. With this method i normally will start off with a lower dose and work my way up to the higher doses. This allows me to really experience the spice and make the most out of every trip. Does anyone else do something similar to this. If so what types of things do you do? Any input would be great because i want to trying to experience as many aspects of this wonderful little spice as possible, and I'm trying to find the best way possible with me, thanks!.

i like to just dive in do 30 or so mgs reflect then maybe do 50 everyone has their own way just do it till u feel u had enough

for me just a bunch of 5mg puffs throughout the day. then maybe a 10mg for some warping of my room.
I do love the small hits for just a feeling. it does save spice. but sometimes it feels like a temptation thing.
like wanting to puff often. I guess I need to make some changaaaa~ ~

I like to load up on Harmalas beforehand, a bowl of say 20-50mg, meditate for 10-15mins and then smoke about 15mg DMT after. This gets my toes wet and prepares my mind for further delving if it feels right, if not, I stop there.

Once I have come down sufficiently from the peak of that I will often load another 20-25mg and blast off again. What's great about this is that the Harmalas keep the first dose floating about in your system, so the second dose is compounded with the first. I never really feel the need to blast off more than about 3 times doing this as that keeps me going for about one and a half hours, and the after glow is usually astounding - I highly recommend adding some Harmalas into the mix as they really do add an extra touch of length, depth and magic Cool

Purges, did you try yet the sublingual caapi extract? If yes, how do you compare it to vaped extract?

I tried sublingual harmine for the first time the other week. I was expecting it to taste terrible and burn (like most things we deal with hear at the nexus Wink ), but it was surprisingly practically tasteless and I could barely tell it was in my mouth. If only I could say the same for DMT! Laughing But anyway, I found it to be more mild than vaping it, though its effects (not the DMT) did seem to noticeably persist for longer.

OK, how much did you take it and how much did you vape it?

And how long would you estimate the vaped harmalas last, and did you just put them on the copper mesh?

I am interested to try it some day...

I also like the micro-dosing technique (Like 10mg vaped). I use it for meditation- The deliberate action of ingesting dmt is the most unambiguous way of saying to the universe "I did this to myself with purpose: I am going to be entirely observant of the present"

Microdosing a few times over an entire meditative session allows me to have an awareness of the presence of the dmt world, without the chance of "giving in to astonishment" as TM said, in reference to breakthrough doses. Instead, I can enjoy the gentle space of the in-between realms.

IME, serial microdose sessions also provide some physical health benefits: cleared sinuses, improved energy and better posture. Seriously though, I can hold meditative positions much longer through the immediate physical health benefits of a microdose session.Razz

So anyway, I like less- discussed methods of ingestion too. Breakthroughs are awesome too (understatement obviously)
