I wanted to say hello, I'm new to the site and to the Spice (yesterday) but not a new psychonaut.

I'm 42 and live in the midwest and have been exploring entheogens for the past 25 years. This past weekend was VERY eye opening for me and left me wondering why I hadn't tried it before but I suppose the cosmos provides for us when we ARE ready and not just when we THINK we're ready.

This site looks great for the info and insight I now crave and I look forward to taking it all in and hopefully learning for all those who've gone before me.

I'm fairly new here but would like to say welcome and would love to hear about your Very eye opening experience .

First time ever - spent this weekend doing science in my garage - tried it yesterday - and WOW.... just WOW.

It certainly wasn't a breakthrough. I purposefully didn't go that far for my first time, having read how mind-bendingly more potent than LSD it is.

I got right up to the though point I believe. (This will be tested this coming Saturday when I make sure I go PAST the point, lol.)

It started with geometric/rippley visuals, VERY psylosibin like, then things got, well, the best way to put it is the I was aware that I understood nothing at all. Just as I had lost my understanding, I "felt" "oh shit!" but wasn't very worried. I don't know how else to describe it. It left me VERY intensely curious to go further. Then it (the feeling retreated back to a lighter geometric visual/shroomy feeling and then back to ground level.

I love that it's not a 3-8 hour commitment too!
