REPORT

Finally felt motivated to get back on the horse after my last vape experience which, in hindsight, was both exhilarating and also scared the crap out of me. I don't think I had been consciously avoiding DMT for the past month and a half, but once I was faced with the pipe I was definitely nervous.

I returned to the site of my first voyage, which was about 2 months ago. It seems like a lot of time has passed between then and now, and this time it's just me and my buddy. Nice and quiet, we put on some music at a low volume and chat for a while. I distinctly remember my first voyage and feeling like I didn't take time to get acclimated to the room before I hit the pipe, so I intentionally took my time and hung out for at least an hour just shooting the breeze. That turned out to be a good decision.

My buddy opted to energize first, and had a good voyage... punched through to a weird elf-land a la Yellow Submarine meets a trippy CGI Target commercial. This was his third voyage overall and he was very happy and positive about the outcome, which made me feel better too. I was feeling nervous and knew that I just needed to get back into hyperspace before I built it into some sort of boogeyman.

I load my 42g into the GVG and pull it in... didn't quite melt it all the way so took another hit and got a bit more. Looking back, I think I took a smaller hit because I was nervous and needed a lighter experience this time. This also turned out to be a good decision.

As with each of my previous experiences, I immediately get pulled into my oddball 2D alchemy land. I'm not fully immersed in it (didn't breakthrough) so I'm still technically aware that I'm sitting on my buddy's couch while I'm simultaneously entering this realm. This time, though, something is different.

Each of my previous experiences came within about a 3 week window and now I had done more research and read more about what I was seeing. What I previously thought was an entire land of alchemical art I was being transported into, I believe, is actually inside my mind. I've been delving into Carl Jung's use of alchemical symbolism in psychotherapy the past month or so, and I believe there may be something to the notion that this symbolic information is somehow accessible to each of us in a way we don't quite understand.

This time, I decide to look around a bit - and what I found was surprising. The visual aesthetic is no longer surprising to me because this is the fourth time I've seen it. This may be an entire realm of alchemical artwork, but I'm going back to the same place inside that realm: a specific castle/church which is decorated very ornately and which has a nice outdoor garden with low walls and short hedges. The gardens are where I encountered excited the wizard guy on my second voyage. It's all the same place, it's on the same piece of "property", if that makes sense.

Somewhere in this castle/church is a book, and in that book is the story of my life. This is the place between places... this is my place. Maybe that's why the wizard guy was so excited to see me, I don't know. I wasn't fully inside it because of not taking a big hit, and I didn't see anyone else.

I did, however, take time to look around at the architecture and design a bit more. The windows all have a certain arch design above them, and the hallways have these vaulted ceilings with archways. There is brightly-colored millwork along all of the edges of everything - doorways, baseboards, chair molding along the walls, around windows and above doors, it's all very ornate. The closer I looked at it, though, I realized that there are also vector drawings and equations in tiny handwritten text floating off of the corners of each surface just kind of dissolving into midair.

That's about all I could get, I was only "there" for a minute or two and not fully immersed. It was nice to get back there, though, and realize that it's not a place that I need to be afraid of at all. I'm going to try to draw it in photoshop at some point and upload it here... I think the more I chronicle the easier it will be for me to get comfortable in the environment each time.

What kind of relationship do you think the wizard guy has to you?
All of my post are fictional in nature for the purpose of self entertainment.

I don't know, really... I saw him at the tail end of my second voyage right before I came back. He was all excited to see me and was trying to show me something. I know the book is there, though, from my first voyage. I had forgotten it amidst all of the other craziness and being totally disoriented, but this time I had the same sensation that my "story" existed in this place.

I think I'm just going to have to keep going back and getting more and more comfortable with the space... This castle or church or whatever it is has been the starting point to all of my experiences with DMT thus far.

Going light with 42g? You mean 42mg, right?

Nice report with pics! Maybe you are a knight in shining armor!
You should look at the text more closely sometime and then write even just a word or whatever you remember.
This would help a HUGE amount on where you are and what language you are encountering. (ie mapping)
Or take a read in that book. If you can, bring back the book Pleased

Ps. I think you are having full breakthroughs!
Done: THC - LSD - MESC - MDMA - Shrooms - DMT / Want:Hyperspace travel - World Peace

Haaa, yes - 42mg. I'm not sure if it would be possible to vape 42g but I'd pay to see someone try Smile

The book is weird, I know it's there and I've "seen" it but it was spiraling away from me at the time. The sensation I had was that the stream of thoughts in my head as I entered hyperspace continued (the 'normal' mentally disturbed psychobabble self-narration most people have in their head) but then in hyperspace this narrative was all just a story in a book. It was as if my life here is just a fairy tale in hyperspace and not the other way around. That's what scared me the most on my first voyage but it happened right at the beginning and I couldn't even process the information at the time.

I'm definitely going to try to get my bearings a bit more the next time I see the place. I think mapping it out is a great idea. The more I familiarize myself with this realm and what is in it (if it is, in fact, my own subconscious) then I should be able to figure out what is hiding there.

I'd be interested to know whether the book has something in it or if there's something else hidden there. The thing that I loved most about the movie Inception was that the deep dark secrets were kept in a safe or somewhere secure inside the dream... an interesting thought!

I love the alchemical imagery... weren't they a funny lot? I often wonder what they were REALLY hiding from the vatican and the inquisition with all the cryptic instruction manual-type imagery, and the occasional incomprehensible text? I can venture a guess, as I am sure can you!

(incidentally, the word gibberish comes from an early arabic alchemist named Giber and his illegible manuscripts!)

From Wikipedia:

"Another theory is that the word comes from the name of the famous 8th-century Islamic alchemist Jābir ibn Hayyān, whose name was Latinized as "Geber", thus the term "gibberish" arose as a reference to the incomprehensible technical jargon often used by Jabir and other alchemists who followed."

Anyway, nice report - and, BTW, 42mg properly vaped is A HUGE dose in the GVG for most people!!

Cheers,

JBArk
JBArk is a Mandelthought; a non-fiction character in a drama of his own design he calls "LIFE" who partakes in consciousness expanding activities and substances; he should in no way be confused with SWIM, who is an eminently data-mineable and prolific character who has somehow convinced himself the target he wears on his forehead is actually a shield.

Really cool imagery there... Your cathedral sounds like a spectacular vision. Is it made of realistic materials like stone, or is the whole thing made of your standard DMT jeweled faceted morphing machinestuff?

I've been to a gothic cathedral shaped space once... Cruised through the air near the vaulted ceiling and looked down. There were these sort of robotic figures cruising around down there, and although size and scale are sort of nonrelevant in that space, I felt like I was around 150' up. But I only went there once. There is a chamber I've been to multiple times, with some very familiar landmarks and features, but other aspects of it seem to change each time.

I tend to agree that it's all a manifestation of our own selves. The boundaries of that self, though, are pretty transparent at the time.

Also, 42mg is definitely a breakthrough dose- there's no reason you have to forget yourself and your buddy's couch, although thinking about those things can pull you away from the core of the experience. You've explored cathedral spaces and interacted with a wizard- by most definitions that's breakthrough material.

Very interesting! Yeah, the walls are really weird... the material/texture changes depending on how close you are looking at them. From a distance (if you can even call it that) they appear to be sparkly - like this:

The main "color" of the building itself is a purplish grey but every corner and edge or everything is adorned with super intricate millwork kind of like this

but in repeating geometric patterns - no faces or figures or anything like that. It's almost like being in a 3D video game where the walls are skinned in a 2D cartoon and the detail on every possible surface gets re-rendered to show more and more intricate patterns the closer you look. So, it's not like stone or another solid material, it's almost like a virtual material if that makes sense...

When I was close to a corner, there were formulas and equations kind of floating off the edge of the wall... not regular math with arabic numbers but either an alien language or basic alchemical element symbols. I got distracted thinking about the book Smile

There are no machines, no gears, no other active beings I've encountered besides the wizard guy and I only saw him the one time. It's just this morphing bizarre structure. I'll definitely try to bring back more next time!
