Are different methods of huasca really that different? Options

I had kind of a variety of questions.

I was curious about how DMT and other alkaloids interact differently with different methods of MAOI, specifically, if different psychoactive chemicals present in something like, caapi vine, are more complimentary to different sources of DMT. I'm really curious if people have experiences with the complete range of psychedelic alkaloids in MHRB (and also pure dmt) with a variety of huasca variants.

Does it even make a difference? Is it mostly just about keeping large concentrations of DMT active in your body for extended periods of time?

I'm only asking because I have limited expendable income and I was hoping to buy in bulk to save a bit, and didn't want to spend a lot to buy enough of each possible method for proper experimentation.

I would suggest to start with vaporising DMT freebase and then maybe start experimenting with other alkaloids such as harmalas that you can also extract your self.

Other option is make your self Changa and start with that but for that you will need harmalas (more expenses) plus appropriate solvents

You have not specified what do you want to start with so it difficult to advise you on what you gonna need and how much. Its very easy to get some figures from Wiki . Just decide what tek you like and then get all you need for it.

You can always buy smaller amounts first. It is better to start with lest say 50-100g of MHRB just in case something goes wrong. Once you know what you are doing you can proceed to bigger extraction. In my experience I never needed more then 100g of MHRB at one time unless you want to feed all your friend but that would definitely show on your budget.

Good luck brother

oh yes and to answer the question about harmalas it is definitely much better to take them before you vaporise dmt .the experience will be slowed down and it is easer to handle it this way. Important is always start with lower doses.

Let me add a little information, as I was only trying to ask about different methods of oral MAOI complimented DMT.

I've been trying vaporizing freebase DMT and appreciated the experiences so far, but I'm looking for more and trying not to hurt my lungs if I can help it.

I already have a suitable quantity of MHRB that I've successfully extracted spice from, and I was wondering if there were any significant differences between something like caapi vine or syrian rue for mixing.

Just fyi, I'm experimenting for the large part to understand myself better, while not being closed to any other potential benefits the experiences could bring me.

Well it's probably just something like no matter what you take when you're combining the MAOI and DMT then you'll still be trippin, but with possible qualitative differences.
I understand your question and I cannot answer it. Of all the reports out there that I've read there is quite a few individuals who feel the energies from the plants. Rue being typically more masculine and caapi typically being more feminine.

These weird little energy variances could very much change based on the effect you so desire.

When I'm smoking MJ I typically enjoy a sativa during the day and a heavy indica stone towards the end of the night (the kind of indica stone that makes my contacts dry out, so I actually have to take them out) Just saying these qualitative differences are the basis of which specific bag I'll choose as in the OPs ordering harmala source question.

When I'm with my boys all day I'd like to make the moment for my lady at night. Maybe rue would qualitatively be better for day tripping while caapi for night, respectively.

I definitely see a variance in species or even location changing the total chemistry of the plant. If you are so accustomed to these plants that you are sensitive to these fluctuations then you may answer this very question as it comes. So with no experience and assuming you don't get a better answer, try try again Smile You have your whole life ahead of you so even if you didn't have the expenses for a year theres still later. Rue is cheap, I'd say get that and then save money to try caapi. or better yet, source what you have from around you if possible (I don't want to extract from reed canary grass no mo!)

I say the experiences of not really knowing for sure and finding out for your self is probably the most exciting and self-fulfilling paths you could take!

There is a big difference between different ayahuascas and MAOI plants. Some of them are subtle differences, which could or could not be influenced by the expectations/beliefs of the user, and some are real and drastic differences in potency and active chemicals.

When using ayahuasca in traditional brews these differences would be more apparent, than if one extracted the alkaloids, and used in smoked form.

It's late so here's the short version: I think all the plants have personalities. I don't know of it is a "spirit" in the plant (I often incline thus) or just the qualitative difference in the ratios of psychoactives in the plant. It's probably both. Maybe someone with experience in an extracted "caapi-copy" preparation vs. Normal caapi. I couldn't say.

Harmala is one of my allies, whereas I have only had a few experiences with caapi, but I still notice a slight difference. Mainly I guess caapi added a distinct symbol-rich and highly 3d quality to jurema.harmala does seem more masculine, I guess more to-the-point and with less "embroidery" on the lesson. Just as much cake but somewhat less icing. Harmala is still really healing and wholesome.

I'll add more when I'm not do sleepy, but just keep in mind that if you are taking a plant it will have it's own personality or "feel" to it. When you take pharma and harmala and ayahuasca you will begin to see how similar but different they are. I'll get back to yOu though
