Does somebody know if the "Galosha benzin" ("бензин Галоша" that is sold in Russia can be used instead naphtha?

Yes, it replacement naphtha wholly. I uses it without any problems. It is necessary only to choose when buying that party goods, which has a no scent (or has its minimum) - In he be the traces of the admixtures which give "dirty gasoline" scent. One day i met in sale except "Galosha" else and "Kalosha". The label was not red (it was green or blue, now i forgot it). The seller said me that this mixture of benzine and acetone. But i did not become to check so this...

Russian drug laws are very strict as you maybe already know so take every possible precaution not to get caught with it, such as not sharing it with anyone(at least I wouldn't as it's a risk factor even if you share with friends) or letting the smell reach your neighbours etc.

I have written about additional clear by water since several years has back read this advice on one Russian drug-forum, thereafter i so now do for additional safety. Though I did not try then to vaporize this water to see there is there some dry remainder. Possible, washing by water is not necessary procedure...
