hello friends, I have finished brewing my first MHRB brew, 10grams 3x3+egg white and filtered through a wet cloth. It's been sitting in the fridge for 3 days and alot of sludge has precipitated while the top layer is clearish. My question is, should I filter this brew once again and remove this sludge (does it contain actives) or shake and drink it (only half of it I should say) thanks travellers REALITY 5.0

My vote is, if it's been sitting in the fridge for a bit, go ahead and filter out the sludge. It tends to intensify the nausea and stomach discomfort by quite a bit, and if it's been sitting with the liquid for some time, it's probably imparted quite a bit of DMT to the brew. With something like Caapi, it's usually all right to drink the solid material, to some extent, but with MHRB, you're better off filtering it out. Just my opinion. Ceci n'est pas Thesmorphia.

I have found the MHRB sludge to be rather active, on occasions i have stirred well before ingesting the brew, not only have i noticed this to be more active i also found it easier to purge. as many times to purge has been almost impossible.
I find drinking the sediment followed later by a massive purge to cause less discomfort than struggling to purge followed by much discomfort if you are unable to purge.
Although, i would advise against 10 grams in a brew for your first journey, something between 3 and 4 grams would be much better in my opinion.
You could later work your way to higher doses whilst intergrating each experience;.
All the best

Was your starting material completely powdered ?
My opinion is that you dont need this sludge, but maybe just a little.
I can tell from experience that sludge will almost come forever with powdered MHRB Even after good filtering a few months later there will be sediment. Even after decanting this again (and leaving behind a tar like substance) in time there is always more sediment coming down.
Clean it well, it can be quite hard on the body if you dont.
Have a wondefull healing journey.

I didn't get a chance to try it yet but I do only plan on drinking 1/4 of the mimosa tea. I will let the nexus know how my healing journey goes. Spiritual Healing is my motive as well as a few other things. Does anybody else try to harness these energies and use them for something specefic? (under the influence of changa for myself) I sometimes try to use these ''open energies'' is what I will call them, for healing or even entering another body form such as my family cat . I'm not going to say entering my cat's eyes worked but i'm not going to say it didn't because I actually felt some kind of connection there. When I say ''open energy'' I'm talking about those energies that don't take on a shape or entity and appear as a random fractal, there is alot of these open energies so I will just look at one and try to draw it in and enter it with a purpose. It sometimes will work REALITY 5.0

let me begin by saying i have never drank aya, only tried pharma a few times.. now , i think i have read somewhere (on here... i want to say it was the all about aya thread) to filter it as it adds a significant amount of nausea. However, i believe i also read you should keep it and add it to your next brew as it is still active. Happy Travels!
