Tomorrow will be my first time trying out Pharma Ive only had dmt like 5 times, never broke through. So this will be vivid for me im going to assume. So in preperation: a few fruits and some trusty water. and 12+ hours of nothing So my thought is since my feet are not wet yet 120mg of Rue extract 80mg of DMT Any thoughts, advice, tips. THanks

If it is rue extract that you are using I have found that 200mg is the minimum safe dosage for inhibition without risking not tripping, though I usually took more to be safe. Rue extract doesnt produce NEARLY the body load as the tea or ground seeds, so I dont see any issue with taking alittle extra as safe measure. How did it go? What was the taste like and when did the effects kick in? Also how long was the journey in both senses of actual time passed and your percieved time?
Im interested in trying the same as breaking through in smoked form is proving difficult

bump for interest! I'm planning on doing 85mg dmt freebase dissolved in orange juice an hour after 200mg harmala hcl, followed by up to 40mg vaped if needed to boost the trip. Does this sound good to you guys for a first time oral/maoi experience?

thats a good place to start if you ask me. i think the beauty of having some DMT to vape is that you can up the intensity even if you fall short on the oral dose. have fun INHALE, SURVIVE, ADAPT it's all in your mind, but what's your mind??? fool of the year
