I recommend you take a proper break. As much as I love DMT, I don't recommend using it daily. But I guess everyone has their own way...

what is a proper brake if you dont gain a tolerance i find blasting off once a day puts me in a better mood i think more clearly and im thinking of other peoples feelings alot more than the times i dont and its gives me something to occupy my mind with because theres so much to think about

Do as you please, I just gave a suggestion. I simply don't see DMT as something to do every day.

Personally I don't believe in the connection between DMT and dreams...

Its certainly not natural to release DMT during the waking state. It would be interesting to see someone go to sleep with an IV, and then sometime during deep sleep inject a dose of DMT. What would we learn from this type of experimentation? Any medical assistants in the forum? juuust kiddiiiingWink

i haven't noticed any insomnia (well not any more than normal anyways haha) but i have definitely noticed a change in my dreams. before the first time i tried the spice i was getting good at lucid dreaming and was having about 2 a week. i've only had 1 since then and i was only briefly lucid. i've also had a bunch of disturbing dreams. the last time i partook i had a dream that night that ended with a man who was changing between human form and a red man with horns paralyzed me, reached down through my shoulder into my chest and said "you allowed this". i could feel my heart pounding and then it stopped and i woke up. i don't know if this was truly something ominous or if it was just like my guilt for doing dmt or something.

i also used to have a dreams about bears every so often and the night i first tried dmt i had a dream where i was playing with some bears and then they were in front of my house and walked off. i feel like bears were my spirit guide or something haha and they left me after i smoked dmt (again the guilt), not necessarily true but i feel like maybe me just thinking that will make it so i won't have any more bear dreams (i hate how just thinking something can sometimes make it true in my head). then i was walking back up to my house and there was a lion in a corral in my driveway. as i walked past it it locked eyes with me and i knew it was going to do something. i got to the end of my driveway and it pounced to a table and then in front of me. it changed into a woman and said something to me and then it changed a bunch of people into lions which proceeded to go on a rampage.

Ok. So pretty much every day I get mini dreams which I pop in and out of. Usually when I come home I have them while on the computer. But I get them through out the day, like on my breaks at work.
I just had one a few minutes ago. It was me thinking I shouldnt sit/lay down too close to that vortex / portal. It was like a huge circular rings window to somewhere. My hand or leg was just touching it. Then just blinked out of it. Every day now since doing DMT I get these. Often they are just split second dreams which might be so small, but still happen.

Just strange thats all. Maybe I need more sleep. I get between 5 hours to 7hrs, but mostly 5.5 or 6hrs.
Done: THC - LSD - MESC - MDMA - Shrooms - DMT / Want:Hyperspace travel - World Peace

^i think that has to do with serotonin. i was talking with a guy at a show once about cognitive science and he mentioned that serotonin is released in small amounts throughout the day, not just at night and this is what causes day dreaming.

for you guys getting insomnia from dmt, do you have odd sleep schedules? i think it has reset my circadian rhythm. i usually go to sleep around 7 or 8am. on saturday i vaporized a small amount of dmt, went to bed at around 7 and then woke up 3 hours later at 10am and couldn't fall back asleep. i can usually fall back asleep if i just lay there but i laid there for 2 hours and it wasn't happening. now today i'm back to a day schedule. went to sleep at around 10-11 last night and woke up at 8am today. who knows if it will stay this way though haha
