did not read all the replies so my opinions might have come up already

Drugs tests will never show if your employees performs good or bad, only you can honestly judge them by reviewing their work.


it depends on the organisation and the position. Standard drug tests are pretty cheap.

Even if some addict is performing very well at given moment there usually are complications sooner or later.
If you have to invest in training your people that would be loss that could have been easily prevented.


Luckily there are no DMT addicts or cheap tests for it so all is good.

Passed my urinalysis today. And these guys use the highest caliber urine test possible without sending it to a lab. I love DMT. I can expand my consciousness as much as I want without worrying about losing my job. IMO it is the perfect drug. :-)
