I'll start - a friend ordered from seedvendor.com (origin: India) and, while it took some time to arrive (nearly a month to a EU country), he says the seeds are delivering the desired effect.

MH-UK Ethnobotanicals. Right now they appear out of stock, but the delivery was fast, the price reasonable and the effects are as expected. Although I haven't tried other suppliers yet.

But shouldn't this be in the Suppliers forum?

I honestly think that at this point compiling any thread with info of good vendors is a bad idea. It just makes those vendors easier targets for unwanted attention. Realistically it would't be that hard for some LEO looking for info on vendors to make an account so they could view the thread.

Maybe its best through pm at this point, but idk thats just my opinion
