hi, maybe not the right place for this, but shrooms forum blocked for me.. and anyway this is my most trusted forum so any kind of info will be most welcomed..
anyways.. swim started shrooming again after some time, and some akward situation appeard.. swim have almost full colonized grain jars of golden teacher, but need some extra time to prepere bulk subscrate.. was thinking about freezing the jars to slow the strain a little, for about a week or so.. will it work? or could it hurt the mycilium?

Don't freeze! Just allow them to sit. When cultivating medicinal and edible mushrooms many recommend waiting 1 week after full colonization for the mycelium to "consolidate its hold on the substrate." Personally I am intrigued by pure coconut coir as bulk substrate.
